WARRANTY

Solideal Canada Lifetime Tire Guarantee

Every new tire manufactured and/or distributed by Solideal Canada Inc. is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material.

If a tire is defective upon our examination, we will either repair the tire or make an allowance against the original purchase price toward the purchase of a new tire, relative to the unused portion of the tread on the defective tire.

Excluded from the warranty will be additional charges for service, mounting and transportation which will be the responsibility of the person making the claim under the warranty. This warranty will not apply if the tire has been installed, altered, repaired or misused in any matter whatsoever, which, in our opinion, has affected the performance.

This warranty is the only warranty applicable to Solideal Canada and there are no conditions, representations, guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, other than expressed herein.

Solideal Canada is not liable for any damages or claims caused by the tire whether arising in tort or contract by statute or otherwise, whether such damages are direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise. All liability is limited strictly to repairing or crediting the amount in accordance with the above mentioned provision in the warranty.

This warranty is exclusive for the benefit of the owner using the tire and is not assignable.

TIRE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

What is Tire Management?

Solideal’s Tire Management Program is a productivity enabling service. T.M.P. will save your money by analyzing your tires and tire expenditures in great detail.

T.M.P. is a PC based tire management software program that allows for in-depth monitoring and analysis of tire performance. In addition to reducing downtime, T.M.P. Reports will provide you with a tool to:

Identify problem areas
Analyze use by department
Budget for tire expenditures
Implement solutions to drive down costs

The Field Representative is a dedicated resource specifically trained to monitor and report on tire productivity.

Solideal Canada employs professionally trained courteous Customer Service Representatives are ready to answer your questions regarding product, application and service scheduling.

The Solideal Tire Management Program (TMP) is designed to your specific requirements:

Regularly scheduled visits by our TMP field rep monitors tire conditions on a regular basis
Ensures the equipment is in service and is productive
Dramatically reduce downtime due to tire failure, poor tire maintenance
Ensure Tires meet/exceed minimum safety requirements
Reduce maintenance costs associated with poor tire maintenance
Ensure appropriate product is specified for specific applications
